We saw an opportunity to improve the refund experience by creating a credit system that became the foundation for rewards and fan loyalty.

Short-staffed restaurants needed a better way to serve customers. I helped build Square’s first consumer experiences, including a self-service kiosk that kept orders moving.

Losing a credit card meant waiting to call the bank to prevent fraud. We made it as simple as flipping a switch, introducing a feature that became an industry standard.
